When you call, you must ask;
1. First ask if they do Saturday proms( if they don't, there is no reason to ask further questions)
2. Do they have a minimum amount to spend (money to put down)?
3. How far away from Norton are they?(45 minutes is the max)
4. How many people can they hold? (min. capacity is 350)
5. When can you tour the ballroom/venue?
6. Ask for any information they can send you.(menus, brochures, etc.)

great job guys...looks like a lot was accomplished, thank you to all. All of the venues look good except for veronique. Is this in Brookline? Fenway Park is on the town border of Brookline and Boston, so this could pose a time issue. STILL LOOK INTO THIS PLACE! Meeting on Wednesday about Meet the Teachers Night.
By time issue i meant this could be more than 45 mins away

ive looked into the canoe club ballroom but its rather small. just giving you the heads up. if you need any more help with other venues let me know!
gillette wasn't as good as i thought it was going to be. i mean, it wasn't bad it just wasn't great....the chairs were just sooo.... maroon you know but other that the gross chairs, there were a lot of awesome stuff and we could always get chair covers. i mean there were like 20 Dunkins in there!!!! are we going to visit other places???
