I'll be there. Maria, do we have to make a poster? Are we supposed to show up or is does the poster represent our "Club"?

i think we have to make a poster, and be there in case some of the new freshman have any questions relating to what class officers actually do. we probably only need 2-4 people there at any given time though, so we can always switch off and go help out at other parts of freshman orientation throughout.

Completely unrelated. The Patriots are looking for groups of 20 or 40 people to work shifts at their summer training camp at Gillette. There are 14 shifts in all, spread out over about 2 weeks. If 40 sophomores work all 14 shifts (different people can work different shifts) our class will be payed $6950! That's what we raised in this past school year! Of course, if we can't do all the shifts or we can only get 20 people for certain shifts, we could still raise a couple thousand dollars. This is a great opportunity, and I think we should take advantage of it. The first session is July 24, 10am to 1pm, and with 40 people we'll get $450, so...we need to move fast.

Hey guys! Can you believe that school starts so soon? Anyways, this might answer some questions about the Club Fair at Freshmen Orientation....

Participating clubs have:
- a visual (poster or trifold) about the club
- a representative to stand by the visual and answer questions, and
- a handout about the club, maybe even with the first meeting dates on it (if it applies)

If you have any questions please let me know!
